How do you charge for catering?
You can see our pricing in packages page, it is all inclusive. We will need you to provide an estimated headcount.
Texas sales tax will be added to total value. Gratuity is not included but much appreciated by your crepe chef if you are pleased with the service. See Contact Us page for catering quote request.
How do I reserve my event date?
50% deposit of total booked price is required to hold the date. We email an invoice for deposit which can be paid via credit card or check. EMAIL us : Name, Phone, Address, Event Date, Event Location, Timeframe, Set up, Headcount.
What do I need to provide for the event?
Please note, we require a 8x5 foot space and two electrical outlets on separate circuits. (we require 20 amps from outlet for our electric set up) We will provide 50 ft extension cords to reach the outlets.
We provide everything as it pertains to the set up and service including; table, napkins, disposable forks and plates. If you would like more formal plate-ware you can provide this for use.
Is there a fee for exceeding the guest count?
We don’t charge extra for exceeding your estimated guest count, but to ensure we have enough food for everyone, please provide your most accurate headcount.
Do you have a gluten-free batter option?
We can offer gluten-free crepes for catered events only upon request for an additional charge. Please note that not all fillings are gluten-free/vegan, so inquire about specific ingredients. We urge guests to disclose any food allergies in advance.
How long does it take to set up?
Our staff typically arrives 60 minutes before your event to set up and ensure everything is ready to start serving at your requested time.
Would it be possible to add some additional crepe fillings to the menu?
Absolutely! To ensure we have the necessary ingredients, please let us know your preferred additional fillings in advance.
Can we decide on the day of the event to keep the chef serving longer?
Our packages include a 2-hour service. Please let us know in advance if you would like a longer service. If you wish for the chef to stay longer on the day of the event, we will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee extended service as it depends on the chef's availability. Additional time is charged at $150 per hour (pro-rated for half hours)."
